About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Management Lead to oversee and execute change management strategies for one of our key client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful transformation within a large organization, working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.

As the Senior Change Management Lead, you will build and implement comprehensive change strategies, lead a dedicated team of change management professionals, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful adoption and sustained change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy Development and Execution:

• Design and implement a change management strategy tailored to the client's organizational needs.
• Define the roadmap, identify key stakeholders, and establish KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three change management resources, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with executive leadership, departmental heads, and other key stakeholders to align change efforts with organizational goals.
• Communicate the vision and value of change initiatives effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in and commitment.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Ensure timely delivery of change management plans and activities in alignment with the overall project timeline.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in change adoption.

Travel Requirement:

• Travelwithin the ASEAN region to support client engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success driving change for sales teams is highly desirable.
• Prior experience managing and mentoring a team of change professionals.
• Strong expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in dynamic environments.

• Support Senior Management in the development and implementation of business strategies. Facilitate and nurture strong client relationships while proposing partnership models (focused on legal aspects) for strategic collaborations.
• Establish and oversee the Contracts Department, managing all aspects of pre- and post-contract administration and tender processes, including procurement activities.
• Lead the team in cost planning and the preparation of tender submissions.
• Supervise the process of obtaining quotations, conducting negotiations, evaluating bids, making recommendations, and finalizing contracts.

• Provide legal advice and support to various teams, including drafting, negotiating, and managing contract documentation.
• Engage with internal and external legal advisors to address and resolve disputes.
• Prepare formal contractual correspondence to clients, consultants, and subcontractors, such as extension of time claims and other key notices.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contract activities and provide regular updates to senior management regarding contract status, risks, and challenges.
• Conduct regular reviews to evaluate contract performance, identify areas for enhancement, and optimize overall value delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
• Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are preferred
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.

Operations (Non-Halal)

• To prepare and ensure there are sufficient food items and non-food items to serve to customers
• Cooking – responsible for checking of oil condition, follow standard of procedures for frying and grilling of food and other food items
• Responsible to ensure food hygiene and cleanness of the kitchen to provide safety to both our company employees and customers
• Greet customers, take orders, suggest and recommend meal promotions appropriately
• Maintain the cleanliness of the back & front counter area, chiller, ice bin and beverage equipment on a regular basis

• Ensure sufficient crew members to provide the best customer experience in terms of kitchen and counter staffing levels by doing recruitment, training and coaching
