Facility Management (Cleaning Division)
Position: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving long-term growth for the company by building key relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating business deals. The role encompasses market research, strategic planning, and client management, all aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing the brand. The Business Development Executive also collaborates with other departments to ensure that business goals align with organizational objectives. The goal is to foster partnerships, enter new markets, and optimize revenue streams.
Work scope:
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer needs.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development plans to meet growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Execution:
Engage directly in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, making sales calls, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Proposal Management:
Develop, negotiate, and finalize business proposals and contracts, aligning with both organizational and client requirements.
Partnership Building:
Engage with potential partners to explore business collaborations and joint ventures.
Revenue Optimization:
Monitor revenue streams and work on strategies to optimize profitability.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, to align business development activities with organizational goals.
Marketing Activities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, brand building, and other conventional marketing channels, to support business development goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
Responsible for compiling and analysing various operational reports, including staff productivity and service quality metrics. Provides weekly updates or updates upon request, offering insights into how the organization can optimize and enhance its operational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Open to frequent travel across various sites within Singapore
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction, proposal writing, and sales presentations.
- Capable of long-term planning and setting objectives in line with company goals.
