Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market dynamics to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment, including prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analyses for loan applicants, evaluating their creditworthiness, financial stability, and repayment capacity.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions by lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of SME loan accounts, monitoring loan performance, repayment behavior, and compliance with loan agreements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.

Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.

Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow modeling.

Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Software Application support services and technical consulting for clients across Asia.
• Manage data services for clients across Asia.
• Capture business requirements, develop specifications and perform software customizations for clients.
• Document Process and Case Study for Knowledge Base.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with IT/Technology is required.
• Knowledge of SQL is required.
• Knowledge of report writing tools such as Crystal Report, SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS).
• Good troubleshooting techniques to identify and document root causes of software issues.
• Real Estate industry knowledge and/or Accounting knowledge are an advantage, but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

- BDM oversees customer service to deliver the highest level of service

- Organizes various promotional events, Promoting new food products

- Produce reports to the Director and other top management personnel on the visibility of upcoming revenues

- Attends lectures and speeches, brings up new ideas, and educates other staff members

- Responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with customers, introducing new products, and supporting other departments

Requirements:

• Good experience in Food product launches and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Expert on preparing various Food products SOP in different languages
• Hands on experience in Analyzing financial records and preparing budgets.
• Improving processes by recommending operational changes
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Preparing project and productivity reports and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams
• 3-7 years experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing
• Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS
• Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business
• Ability to lead the team and complete the end to end Infra setup for Food & Beverage Customers
• Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with the customers on New Food Product Launches
• Expertise in F&B Accounts Management and provide complete setup for customers

1. Proactively identify potential business opportunities through extensive networks and research to gain RFP/RFQ.
2. Develop new businesses for all product ranges: Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, and Project Logistics.
3. Develop opportunities to cross-sell products to existing and new clients.
4. Collaborate with solution design to complement business development initiatives.
5. Maintain an accurate, ongoing, and robust sales pipeline at all times.
6. Using knowledge of the market and competitors and an astute sense of customer needs, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
7. Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
8. Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
9. Identify reliable and competent service providers and freight agents to build infrastructure and increase service capabilities in overseas markets where the company is not present.
10. Develop and leverage the company’s branding and professional profile.
11. Retain accounts through customer service excellence.
12. Gather and share market intelligence.
13. Partner closely with different stakeholders to develop proposals and solutions meeting customers’ needs, including coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

· Involving in API design to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation

· Eliciting high-level API requirements, formulating API specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ultimately shaping the API's structure.

· Comprehensive understanding of the API requirements and should meticulously document the findings in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). These documents encapsulate both functional and non-functional requirements.

· API Channel experience and integration experience

· Should engage the Scrum team to refine and prioritize the backlog based on risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Review SIT test cases, define UAT test scope and develop UAT test scenarios/cases in ensuring the requirements are fully tested and traceability to original requirements.

· Engage with UAT stakeholders on requirements walkthrough and UAT test cases review.

· Assist in defect triage during SIT and UAT on requirement clarifications.

• Responsible for cultivating prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service channels.
• Identify leads and build solid business relationships with customers.
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers.
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target.
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment.
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities.
