Key Responsibilities

• Provide general project administration support and filing at site office.
• Assist in project-related finance administration and provide support on any employment matters.
• Assist the Site office for the preparation, retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation.
• Assist in preparation of reports/ letters as required by project.
• Coordination of travel and leave matters for project personnel.
