Core expertise:

Project management responsibilities include managing the identification, development and promotion of standards meeting key requirements set by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). Summary

The Business Support Executive is responsible to provide high-quality customer support through processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders. The Executive is also responsible for managing external customers and factories, coordinating with internal colleagues. This role also involves answering calls or emails from customers, participating in meetings with the factories and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price.
• Initiate and follow up on new item creation/customer creation in the system.

Requirements

• A University degree.
