• Resolve technical and contractual issues, etc that may arise.
• Develop budgeting plan, project analysis report to Management.
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the Regulations, Codes of Practice and company’s safety rules & regulations are always complied
• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity within the construction industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, sequencing of works, and safe methodologies.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
