Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Singapore Airlines’ Information Technology Division and be a part of a dynamic and fast paced team. This team will be instrumental in transforming via technology, our operations in Finance, Procurement and Engineering to achieve the company’s strategic vision while optimizing the results across the business processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Play an integral role in our SAP S/4 HANA implementation project and working in areas of Finance, Procurement and Engineering.
• ​Work closely with business stakeholders, IT team and system integrators to ensure that the S/4HANA solution, including relevant add-ons that will be implemented is able to deliver the business vision and projected outcomes and is aligned to our Digital Enterprise Architecture and Application Roadmap.
• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities, including work plan management, issues and task tracking, status reporting.
• Works as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and system integrators to validate solutions and deliverables.
• Preparing Steering Committee level/stage gate presentations to provide timeline and updates to Senior Management.
• Evaluation and Analysis of project to identify the overall health and areas that require remediation, escalation or additional management focus.
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Certified Scrum Master is desirable
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in SAP projects delivery.
• Knowledge and experience in S/4HANA and other SAP add-on solutions such as Ariba, TripRecord, IBP and iMRO would be added advantage.
• ​Have a curious mind, is logical and possess good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.

Chefs design menus create dishes and oversee the planning organisation preparation and cooking of meals in hotels restaurants and other eating places on board ships on passenger trains and in private households

Responsibilities :

- planning and developing recipes and menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- discussing food preparation issues with managers, dietitians, kitchen and waiting staff
- supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and other workers engaged in food preparation
- inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
- determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays
- instructing cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- participating in the recruitment of kitchen staff and monitoring their performance
- preparing, seasoning and cooking speciality foods and complex dishes
- explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
