• Govern the Lead-to-Quote process and ensure that it is standardized / implemented within the Group across all users of MS Dynamics.

Regional champions and market rollout:

• Act as an advocate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, promoting its benefits and ensuring users understand how it can improve their productivity and workflow.

Key Requirements

Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. Core expertise:

We are looking for a Project Officer to take care of ERI@N IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, capacity planning, operations supports, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, monitor system resource utilization and etc
• Perform general maintenance on IT equipment, system upgrades, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, such as: basic network troubleshooting in windows and linux using command prompt or Terminal troubleshooting of software or web browser compatibility issue for applications. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, System Networking and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
