Job Description:

- Manage existing maintenance contract and lead efforts in preparing, analysing and negotiating of new contract.

- Chair regular contract performance meeting and maintain close communication with customer.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (ie. Operation team) to ensure contract deliverables are met.

- Drive continuous improvement in work processes.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor of Business, Law, Engineering or related disciplines.

- Preferably experience in contract management and knowledge in military equipment.

- Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and lead a team.

The Project Manager has the responsibility to Manage engineering project to meet all the neceassry requirement, standard , quality and time frame , cost budgeting and cost control and regularly reporting to the directors .

To manage and schedule workers and all employees, attend project meetings and take minutes and follow up project progress.
To plan , cordinate ,corporate, meeting with project clients , consutlatnts , related authorithies for works clerance and to source and cordinate all supplier or sub contractor for the works
To plan , to prepare and to submit all necessary reports , claims , certification as required within the contract .

ROLE

The Resident Architect (RA) is responsible as an Consultant’s Site Representative Resident Architect (RA) acting on behalf of the QP(arch) who is also the Lead Consultant (LC) who in turn on behalf of the Client supervise and monitor and report on the contractors’ work to ensure work methodology and workmanship

are of satisfactory standards by witnessing all inspection, testing and commissioning sessions to make certain compliance to designs and contractual specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Work closely and supervise the Resident Technical Officer on behalf of the LC with regards to architectural works.

· Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract and are in accordance with the Authority’s and/or Agencies requirements.

· Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples including the civil & structural and coordinated combined services model (CCSM) by the contractors and assist to review them on behalf of the LC and LC’s assistant to ensure compliance with the design intent and

specifications.

· Raise Request for Variation Order or In-Principle Approval to Client immediately upon occurrence of change.

· Coordinate with Project Manager (PMgr) on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.

· Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.

· Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.

· Work closely with Entire Site team including the Resident Engineer (RE) on the day-to-day site operations.

· Attend all coordination meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings and report to LC weekly.
