Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. To proactively identify and build a pipeline of deals with new customers and to build relationships with assigned target accounts. To be able to effectively promote current technical capabilities and new technologies (as they become available) to facilitate generation and closing of new clinical and commercial business opportunities in the gene therapy / viral therapy and cell therapy space. To understand in detail a customer’s need and offer a matching clinical phase appropriate service solution while effectively delivering Lonza’s value proposition. This role will be focused on generating new business in the APAC territory across the entire CGT BU service offerings for viral and cell therapy related therapies. Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirement:

Education

• A degree in Life Science's or Engineering. Masters, PhD and/or MBA preferred

Experience

The Project Support/Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating project activities, resources, and communication among stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

1) Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

2) Draft email, typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

3) Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.

4) Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

5) Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

6) Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.

Requirements

Job Description

• To plan, manage, oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the health, safety and environmental matters for the Project.

• To advise and report to the Superintending Officer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, Changi East safety requirements, airport authority's safety requirements and aerodrome safety standards.

• To manage the team of ASMs to ensure all duties and responsibilities required of them are discharged professionally and competently. He shall carry out regular meetings with the team and address any issues relating to their personal and work matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry, preferably 5 years with developer/main contractor.

• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in deep excavation works.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of site safety personnel.

• Possess Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health Disciplines, or related qualifications.

• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and has been practising as WSHO for at least 5 years.

• Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

• Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.

• Good communication skills and a competent team leader

• Conversant with all procedures in Workplace Safety & Health Manual. To make conscious effort to be constantly updated on any subsequent revisions to the above-mentioned manuals, procedures and all applicable airport circulars
