Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.

• Perform routine facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. • Respond to BMS/EMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects of data center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 data center operation to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.

Main scope:

• Provide HR guidance and support to business/stakeholders on matters concerning employees, organisational operations and talent management.
• Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical skills and competencies required for various roles.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparation.

• Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to gather and dissect data pertaining to talent metrics, training efficacy, and employee engagement to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing HR metrics, talent management insights, and the impact of training initiatives, tailored for presentation to senior stakeholders and management, to foster a data-driven approach to strategic planning and decision making.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
• Willing and able to support in the following IF required:
• Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and HR policies.
• Handle routine HR inquiries and provide information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Willing to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, interviewing, and managing job offers whenever required.
• Support the administration of employee benefits welfare and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR, including 2 years in a business partner role with demonstrated emphasis on utilising data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, covering compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, executive / tech training, internship, and scholarship management.
• Understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HR/TM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
• Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Candidates for this position usually have five or more years of experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers across an organization. Often, companies look for candidates with expertise in ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or NetSuite, as well as a PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance or a related field.

Typical Duties of an ERP Project Manager:

• Overseeing the planning, development and integration of ERP systems
• Managing the functionality of new ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems
• Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems
• Taking budgetary responsibility for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the steering committee
• Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects
• Training users on new and upgraded systems
