1. Check repaired / overhauled history of components and determine the workscope to perform.

2. Update and maintain database of all the additional requirements from customers to be performed on specific components. Inform workshop to perform these additional requirements for the specific components.

3. Track and update the status of all sub-components that are sent to outhouse vendors. Follow up with outhouse vendors on any queries related to these sub-components.

4. Monitor the availability of all spares that are indicated in Bill of Materials for all workshops.

5. Work closely with SIA and SIAEC Materials Requirement Planning Teams to provision sufficient spares to support operations.

6. Provide regular reports on the performance of outhouse vendors and inhouse workshop.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.

• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Data Center Facilities Management & Operations environment and service delivery.
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• 24x7 rotating shift duty
• Able to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio and PDF documents
• General technical and functional knowledge of data center infrastructure to include electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, construction of critical facilities environment

Description

You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.

You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Your day-to-day activities will revolve around managing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

You will be expected to be an SME in Program Project Management with expert proficiency.

Having expert proficiency in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), M&A Tech Integration Change & Comms, and Requirements Analysis will be advantageous.

Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Ensure that the project is delivered within budget.

Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience

KYC system experience - eg, Detica/ NetReveal system functionalities and/or technical understanding is a plus

System Implementation Project Management experience - ability to drive discussions, manage stakeholders and perform management updates in a timely and concise manner.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Minimum "N/O" level / Professional certificate
• Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
• Experience dealing with LTA project preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
• Good communication skills with all level and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
