Job Responsibilities

• Business Plan Development

• Act as a liaison between the IT Planning Team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage IT-related meetings and committees, leading and coordinating IT strategies across APAC managements.
• Cost Optimization
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, including offshoring and other efficiency measures, to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Strategic Partnership and Ad-hoc Support
• Act as a strategic partner to management, providing proactive support in ad-hoc tasks.
• Support management in evaluating the current organizational framework and proposing improvements.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to emerging issues, contributing to the overall strategic direction of ASO.
• Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT planning, including 3 years in strategic planning within the business domain with experience in IT initiatives and collaborated with IT departments.
• Experience in IT planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and promoting business plans and strategies, with experience in coordinating with stakeholders from other regions and departments.

• Provide the cost and contracts administration services.
• Carry out cost control to ensure that the Material Procurement Tender Schedule is within the allocated budget as specified by Client.
• Prepare and report financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractors’ contract prior to commencement of work.

About You:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and building related diploma/degree in recognized by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying; or
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a QS / Contract Manager

About The Performance Management Function and Team

This role sits within the Strategy, PMO and Performance Management for APAC Contract Logistics business. This function is predominantly focused on driving in-depth performance analysis of financial and commercial aspects of the logistics business. Specific Accountabilities for this role

1. Performance Management & Business Analysis:

• Analyse financial and operational performance of APAC logistics customers through respective reporting platforms on monthly basis
• Provide on-going support and troubleshooting to reporting platforms (SAP AB/BI, LFS, FBI) as and when required
• Drive standardization of financial reporting and propose measures for continuous improvement of financial reporting accuracy

2. Investment Management

• Work closely with Clusters to build sound business case for investment. This includes validating and optimizing business cases, and validate contractual positions on terms and conditions for customers.
• Analyse investment applications for Logistics business proposals (new projects & renewals) and provide recommendation for approval
• Support and advise markets on the commercial aspects before an investment application is raised.

3. Business Planning & Budgeting

• Support and coordinate the Budget / Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Rolling Forecast in alignment with global standards and procedures.
• Monitor and track one-time impacts that need to be considered in budget planning and forecasting.
• Work with other Contract Logistics functions to obtain holistic overview on financial impacts from respective function initiatives.

4. KEEP & Contract Management

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy of central customer contract database.
• Drive timely renewal of existing contracts by reflecting contract status in forward looking manner.
• Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
• Conduct deep dive analysis and diagnostics approach to reduce contract deficiencies.
• Review contractual and commercial solutions with stakeholders and provide measures to improve customers profitability

• Strong knowledge & experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics & Transportation industry
• Advanced financial analysis capability using MS Excel and other tools

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. Junior candidates with demonstrably strong skills and relevant experience in design management may be considered.

Job Description

The Business Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within banking industry in Singapore. The incumbent will contribute to directional strategy of the Asia South and Asia North Wealth Operations business. Recognized technical authority for Operations area will be helpful. Requires basic financial planning and commercial awareness will be required for the role. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the emerging technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

· Manage senior stakeholders in Wealth Operations and Wealth Business.

· Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

· Gathering and documenting business or strategic requirements for Wealth operations

· Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

· Managing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and People initiatives for Operations teams.

· Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.

· Providing implementation / post-implementation project support

· Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members

· Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly

· Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

· 6-10 years experience

· Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks.

· Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive

· Desire to improve processes and client experience.

· Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions

· Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge

· Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.

· Team player and relationship management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

· Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design

· Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers

· Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative

Education:

· Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
