Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to manage the installation and de-installation of events, exhibitions and permanent displays
• Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning & hand-over
• Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers
• Adhere to project budget & cost control measures and handle basic cost calculation
• Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
• Attend site meetings to take note of requirements
• Administer routine management reporting & updates
• Take ownership and be proactive on assigned tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in Events and Exhibition industry
• Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M and E preferred
• Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
• Time sensitive

.Competes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.

.To meet customer shipment schedule-monitor the production status,have day-to -day production output and work-in -progress reports.

.Work closely with Procurement Team to follow-up material availability so as plan production date ,schdule and keep updating status weekly with deatail reports.

.determines project responsibilities by identifying project phasezs and elements,specifications ,and plan ,scheduling changes,and recommending actions.

.Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contracor contracts.

.Ability to handle multiple projects and provide weekly updaye status of each project .Attend regular meeting with customers and writing minutes of meeting .

1. Manage and coordinate the deployment and collection of bins

2. Manage the inventory and stocks of all bins

3. Handle enquires via phone, email, and SMS

4. Provide quotation for Bulky Waste Removal

5. Liaise with the relevant team for invoice related purposes

6. Data entry for reports submission

7. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

8. Liaise professionally with customer and stakeholders for other departments

9. Handle feedback for escalation to the relevant person-in-charge

10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
