Job Summary

The Head of Business Development will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic growth initiatives for our digital media business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Business Development will focus on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing key strategic partnerships. Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs. Work closely with field service business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail.

A SAP CRM and ECC Systems Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources). Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps.
