Key Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative and accounting tasks
• Keep good records of the documentation
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statement, invoice issued etc.)
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

What You'll Do

• Sell AnyMind’s tech solution to the client by introducing the Company’s product based on client needs; key focus on AnyMind's Pokkt - Mobile Ad Tech Offering
• Setting up, building and growing new business. Extensive network and relationships with key direct clients and agencies in SG
• Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
• Focus on market development and creating incremental revenue sources from new clients
• Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and make a digital marketing plan by liaising with internal teams such as strategic planning & creative
• Strike effective conversations, find need gaps, and get briefs for campaigns from direct and agency clients
• Establishing sales strategies & action plans to win new clients to achieve targets
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing the situation, understanding the client's needs and collaborating with other function teams to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
• Identify new areas of growth and upsell opportunities between client's needs and POKKT products Offering.

Who You Are

• Robust experience of 3 to 5 years in digital media sales having exposure with digital publishers or network dealing in display/ mobile/ video and Programmtic advertising
• Experienced in Ad-tech or media agency with in-depth knowledge and profound expertise in the industry.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models for display/ mobile/ video platforms and programmtic advertising
• Proven communication, presentation, and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
• Proven record of strategic development of client base
• Excellent relationships and networking with media fraternity such as advertisers and agency planners/ buyers
• Eligible to work in Singapore without the need for company sponsorship/visa

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Sales:

· Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of 360F solutions.

· Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.

· Act as a technical expert during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.

Project Delivery:

· Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal project teams.

· Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and milestones.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

· Conduct regular project reviews and communicate updates to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing the use of 360F solutions.

Technical Expertise:

· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in financial technology and industry best practices.

· Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance).

· Proven experience in pre-sales, project management, and client-facing roles within the financial services or technology industry.

· Strong understanding of financial advisory services, fintech solutions, and industry trends.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description

• Assist to plan pallet build-up/cargo loading of each flight for efficient space utilization

• On-site attendance of warehouse/ramp to ensure maximum uplift and minimize off-loading

• Co-ordinate with appointed ground handling agent for operational matters

• Generate post-flight reports

• Monitors shipments for on-time delivery and notify destinations when trailers will arrive late

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in airfreight or related field

• Have good knowledge of airline cargo operations

• Familiar with freighter and passenger aircraft cargo build-up/loading

• Able to work independently

• Good command in both written and spoken English for handling English speaking people

Responsibilities

• Gather, collate, and analyze user requirements from business and risk users and provide clear business specifications for system implementations.
• Analyse and perform impact analysis of requests and review system and functional designs are sound and adequate to address Market & Counterparty Risk Business needs.

• Good to have prior experience in implementing market or counterparty system or innovative digital solutions within Risk Management Group

REQUIREMENTS

• Research each campaign thoroughly via speaking with clients and via online tools
• Work on Google Ads, Facebook Pixel/Ad Manager, etc to manage campaigns
• Set up campaigns, settings, ads, keywords, and bid strategy
• Copywrite (or use writers) ads and continuously perform A/B split testing
• Manually adjust CPC pricing or use conversion goal-oriented pricing
• Keyword research (or work with colleagues / interns / contractors)
• Test methods for campaign groups each week to grow market reach, improve CTRs, drive in more leads/conversions and improve overall ROI for each campaign
• Spy on competitors to obtain full advantage
• Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to clients on a monthly basis
• Create a working SOP which you will discuss with Management to improve the process flow

Responsibilities

Packing and Shipping:

• Prepare and pack products for shipping in compliance with established packing standards and safety guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of product quantities, quality, and labeling before packing.
• Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure safe and secure transport.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies, damage, or defects to the Warehouse Manager.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system as necessary.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in stock replenishment.

Communication:

• Collaborate with other team members, including warehouse staff and shipping personnel, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Tech savvy - Microsoft Office, especially Excel Spreadsheet ,with previous experience handling WMS
