The Project Analyst is responsible in ensuring the project is well planned, on-track, resolves issues across different functions immediately and mitigates any potential risks early to avoid project failure. Position Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Finance Business Partner to support financial reporting and accounting for mega IT infrastructure portfolio. The candidate is required to have sound understanding of the portfolio and its operating model to provide financial / commercial insights to support key decisions or improvement plans.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial and analytical aptitude, attention to detail, comfortable with managing large data sets, highly proficient with the use of excel, reporting and dashboarding tools.

Role & Responsibilities

• Finance focal point for portfolio reporting including P&L, cashflow and reserves reporting
• Set up the financial and project structure required to facilitate management reporting based on the metrics needed
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring mechanism to provide financial status updates in different dimensions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the annual budgeting exercise for the portfolio, including gathering inputs and performing reasonableness assessment on the budget
• Effectively manage financial responsibilities and decision making in a changing environment
• Produce clear and concise financial / presentation decks to provide analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders or to address adhoc issues
• Lead and participate in cross functional collaboration with other departments
• Process planning and improvement to help streamline portfolio finance processes
• Any other matters as assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements

• Good degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in the Big 4 audit firms and commercial firms (combined)
• This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise across several ongoing tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to be clear and concise in thought process and communication to enable effective stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar tools and comfortable working with large data sets
• Need to be curious and has keen interest to deep dive into financials to shed light on the projects
• Ability to think logically and always challenging yourself to provide value added support to your stakeholders
• Highly motivated and resourceful individual who is able to work effectively independently
• Enjoys teamwork and actively contributes to our talented team

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency with use of SAP, Power BI and Tableau
• Experience in managing project finance matters for large projects in IT companies
• Familiarity with the healthcare and/ or IT industry

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As the Nike Store Partner Management Specialist, you will be based in Singapore and report into the Retail Director, Nike Store Partners - SEA&I, where you will be the point person for Nike Stores Partnered (NSP) business in Vietnam. You will be supporting the Nike Store partner(s) and liaising with territory territories. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to be able to provide solutions to problems.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Nike Stores Partner Management Specialist, a self-leader to manage the Seasonal Partner Alignment process of Nike Store Partnered (NSP) as well as Nike Factory Store Partnered and to elevate our overall fleet (end-to-end). The successful applicant will ensure that the NSP adopts the seasonal priority with the use of POS data, insights, in-season feedback and good judgement, resulting in the delivery of premium consumer experiences and partner / brand profitability.

• 4 - 7 years of relevant account management and/or sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or marketing.
• Strong base in retail operation, good understanding of store operations dynamics.
• Prior product experience, building commercial & consumer relevant assortments is an advantage.
• Sales budget planning and sales data analytics acumen.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, your entrepreneurial skills will help you to develop and execute strategies with the partner, including semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets. Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship management will ensure your success in driving the business through your assigned account(s) based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent sales results:

• Partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders (ie: Brand, Merchandising, Demand & Supply, Retail Operations, leadership team and NSP partners) to lead in-season execution at retail stores. You will also lead the Seasonal Process, buy reviews and seasonal deadlines by organizing the deliverables against each of these gates.
• Closely partner with the Retail Operations team to ensure stores are operating at a high level of Nike standards.
• Align with Merchandising to deliver consumer-driven assortments, ruthlessly edited, in depth, with consideration to trade zone and channel strategy to facilitate business growth. Starting with our key doors and to the overall fleet.
• Clarify assortment adoption expectations of seasonal Key Stories, Key Items, and Product Initiatives.
• Review in-season and post-season sell-through information to align partner feedback and POS insights to internal stakeholders ie, Brand/Marketing, Merchandisers & DSM.
• Administer internal sales processes to ensure all are properly documented and flows well according to internal procedures.
• Capitalize on current seasonal data to strategically effect future season assortments.
• Create and leverage new tools & practices best to expand retail acumen and metrics to grow the business.
