Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Management Trainee will embark on an exciting journey to be part of the F&B team, to be trained to become the future leaders in the F&B industry. The trainee will be joining an entry level position with increasing duties and responsibilities to junior management.

The trainee will be having opportunities to be rotated to every in-house food/drinks brands and job functions within the Company throughout the period of the programme (e.g. 18-24 months). • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of food/drinks stalls.

• Supervising store operations, cash control, and shift management.
