Individual will be involved in:

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee all HVAC and ACMV project activities from inception to completion.

As a Producer, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to crafting unforgettable moments. We believe in the power of exceptional experiences to connect people and brands on a profound level. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform it into innovative event concepts. Design and execute event strategies that engage, captivate, and leave a lasting impression. Coordinate seamlessly with various teams, including brand strategists, designer, and production experts, to ensure flawless event execution. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events.

Key Accountabilities:

Client Management

• Participate in the development of solutions that leverage existing offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
• Guide the development, crafting and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are understood and address it in a timely way
• Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items

Team Management

• Working with the Director, manage the program process from creative through execution using The Moment Collective processes and tools.
• Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met. Effective communication across the team on site and off site
• Oversee team members on execution of all individual job details and responsibilities
• Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Budget Management

• Working with the Director, create project budgets forecast and manage the revenue and cost throughout the process
• Ensure appropriate revenue detail to be communicated to the client
• Manage third party costs and negotiation
• Develop and actively manage vendor

Creative Management

• Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
• Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
• Incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events

Success Measures

• Success and flawless delivery of project commitments

• Profitable budget management

The person we are looking for:

• You are absolutely passionate creating moments and setting benchmarks for events and marketing
• Excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time, while driving those around them
• Ability to think on your feet and be part of the solution
• Be as brilliant at working alone (self-motivated) as you are as part of a team (the motivator)
• You remain calm and collected under pressure
• You are an excellent and effective communicator
• You have a good knowledge on technical and logistical aspects of events production
• You have a wide knowledge of the marketing industry and keep up-to-date with the event/ creative/media industry
• You have at least 3 years’ events experience working on both physical and digital events

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and the unique needs of each client or project.
• Conduct a site survey, list the hardware requirements, and set- up requirements for a proposal.
• Plan project timelines, execution strategies, and layouts to ensure efficient delivery.
• Communicate the project plan effectively to both the client and internal team members.
• Obtain necessary endorsements and approvals from stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of the project, ensuring adherence to the plan.
• Conduct testing and optimization to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure the final delivery meets specifications and our QA standards.
• Monitor performance, check hardware health analytics and trouble shoot if necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of operations and execution.
• Ability to think outside the box and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating project plans and updates clearly.
• M&E background, and technical knowledge in wiring and installation are essential
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Has a driving license
