Responsibilities:

• Define strategy and implement the plan to coordinate and aggregate demand across all Public Healthcare Institution (PHI) through internal and external forums.
• Scan industry and landscape for promising new areas in AI solutions based on MOH’s defined strategic objectives & thematic areas
• Engage users on new tech & pilot explorations, and manage the pilot lifecycle.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, scope and support the implementation of POC, POV, pilot innovation projects, and manage and track life-cycle of innovation projects at each of the Explore, MVP, POC, POV and Scaling stage.
• Share knowledge and information on use cases and work with the funding agencies to identify and evaluate collaborators/providers that offer potential solutions that best suit the needs of users.
• Coordinate and communicate with the funding agencies (if applicable) whose investment and grant objectives are relevant to the potential solution at the POC or MVP stages.
• Participate as internal review and/or evaluation panelists during the screening and selection process as deemed appropriate by department/division.
• Manage AI and tech programmes, track and report to senior management / programme office and retain engagement with the stakeholders throughout the innovation life cycle.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Preferably 10 years’ experience and have hands-on experience in project management, client management of medium to large-scale projects, including innovation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.
• Possess leadership qualities.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or experience in developing different types of incubation programs for startups would also be an added advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent.

• He/She is expected to have broad experience in the recovery of service health issues impacting service performance.
• Possesses good leadership skills covering planning and management as well as to drive the Service Operations Team.
• Able to develop and present proposal to seek approval and secure funds for Initiatives and has a strong ability to ensure compliance to policy and procedures.
• Manages team / multiple work streams and develop plans to deliver IT Support and Operations.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert and drive organizational capability to effectively apply service operations and maintenance framework.
• Able to recommends approaches to improve efficient and quality of service operations.
• Develops blueprints for operational support material for disciplines of applications are concise and complete. Covering (internal security and technology standards)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management and service operation (Applications)
• Successful track record in Project Management, User and Vendor Management and leading large-scale projects.
• Successful track record in Service Operations Management.
• Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, while being able to communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
• Good oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large group and senior management.
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal skills and leadership, able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting & assisting the Project Manager for the responsibilities as listed below :-

Responsibility for working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate record for multiple jobs

Performing clerical suppport functions for project (varies based upon the need) Responsibility for assisting project manager in following up with subcontractor and material supplier compliance issues

Assist project manager to understand the specific needs

Assist in tracking submittals and RFT's, meeting minutes, ensure proper documents and others needs as required

Job Description

• Understand the design and concept outlined in the interior design (ID) drawings.
• Participate in pre-project activities such as estimating project budgets, preparing project timelines, identifying resource requirements, and arranging materials or subcontractors.
• Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Engage in technical discussions with the production team.
• Monitor the production timeframe, both on-site and off-site.
• Assist the director in coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities on site.
• Conduct occasional site visits.
• Conduct pre-handover inspections with the team, clients, and building management.
• Work closely with the design team to develop schedules and assign individual responsibilities.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure defects are identified before and after each renovation work, and arrange for timely rectification.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, construction project management, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
