Main Duties & Responsibilities Includes:

Facility Operations and Maintenance:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of existing facilities. This may include coordinating cleaning services, managing waste disposal, and other term contractors and addressing any tenant or occupant concerns.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure the smooth functioning of facilities. This involves scheduling regular inspections, coordinating repairs with vendors, and maintaining maintenance logs.
• Manage the process of addressing urgent repairs and maintenance issues within the facilities. This involves diagnosing problems, coordinating with repair technicians, and ensuring timely resolution.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure facilities comply with all relevant safety regulations and building codes. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, budgets, and vendor performance.

Sustainability and Space Management:

• May be involved in implementing sustainable practices within the facilities to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
• May oversee the allocation and management of space within the facilities to optimize utilisation and meet user needs.

Skills and experience

The Regional Sector Executive will work closely with the Regional Clients and Markets team and client-facing teams in the firm. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Market Data Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Stakeholders and Vendor management.
• Sourcing and onboarding of new Market Data (reference data, market indexes)
• Market Data usage and contracts renewal review.
• Relationship management with vendors for contractual aspects and follow-up.
• Negotiation with vendors on contractual terms and fees
• Costs monitoring: expenses validation and contribution in budget preparation.
• Contribution on adhoc projects and improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Finance, Account or Business -related disciplines.
• Experience in large financial services institutions especially Asset Management and Investment Services sector.
• A deep understanding of asset management business (usage of data, processes, systems, controls and deliverables).
• Demonstrated experience in Market Data and hands on experience on related internal processes.
• Knowledge of Market Data vendor services/ products and contractual aspects.
• Ability to deal with business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of the small team.
• Data management experience and understanding of data management frameworks are strong added values.
• Experience of Market Data Inventory Systems such as FITS, InfoMatch, Optimize Spend or MDM will be an advantage.

1. Correspondence with the residents to assist the Management Council (MC) to perform duties and responsibilities of the Management Corporation as described in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Relieves the Management Council of the day-to-day worries and involvement.

2. Is the overall in charge of maintaining the records filed in the management office pertaining to the land and buildings, maintenance and servicing contracts and accounting data for all occupants.

3. Ensure that all contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, mechanical services, etc are complied with, and supervised as necessary and renewed on a timely basis.

4. Supervise all building maintenance and recommend repairs and maintenance to the MC as required.

5.. Meet and deal with resident queries and problems as required.

6. Call tenders/quotations for building service contracts and repair works wherever necessary.

7. Carry out all legal requirements of the land and buildings, including responding to any queries by the relevant government authorities and involved parties.

8. Keep the building adequately insured and keep insurers informed of any material changes and file such insurance claims as are necessary

9. Organize and attend Council Meetings and the preparation of Agenda and Minutes.

10. Prepare correspondences for and on behalf of the Management Corporation.

11. Prepare Annual General Meeting documents and minutes and assist in conducting the General Meetings.

12. Overall in charge of the site’s staff work performance and closely work with the Maintenance and Account departments based at Rhodo’s Headquarters on all matters with regards to the estate.

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

• Begun to develop relationships with the key day-to-day team – Client, internal teams including performance/Nexus teams and local market teams based in SEA markets, Global/Emerging market hub teams and key media partners.
