Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

The successful candidate will forge solid relationships with sector and regional peers as well as advocating the aims of the firm's business development agenda and guiding their implementation.

Skills, experience and qualifications :

• Appropriate undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s)
• At least three years' experience working in a BD role in a law firm or other professional services environment
• Be business fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be an effective team-player & have highly developed interpersonal skills
• Be tenacious, with the energy and passion to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyse and deliver results
• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timescales
• Knowledge of client management and related systems useful
• Be committed to a process of continual improvement
