Primary Objective(s) of Position
• Manage key phases of projects such as assembly, testing, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance for the marine, power generation, petroleum, construction and industrial market segments.

Your primary responsibilities include (but is not limited to):

• Rotation in the reception, concierge and executive lounge.
• According to the occupancy forecast, plan and work closely with other departments on deliverables necessary to create a colourful experience for our guests
• Handle irregularities and/or guests' feedback with accountability and in a timely manner, making appropriate recommendations.
• Supervise and manage the performance of the team - staffing, assigning of work activities, ensure consistent adherence with SOP, coach, train and conduct performance appraisal.
• Lead the team to provide lovable, real and sincere guest experiences at every touch point
• Managing the executive lounge - including breakfast, High tea and evening cocktail which includes serving of alcohol.

Candidate should possess minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity. You should be a dynamic and passionate individual, able to work independently under tight time lines and has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

This role requires you to perform rotating shifts across a 5-day week, 12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Logistics for the meetings are well coordinated and materials are disseminated accurately on a timely basis

• Collaborate with the senior leadership to develop and refine strategic plans for the four key transformations.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches in each transformation area, where necessary.

• Work with workgroup leads to establish and oversee cross-functional workgroups for each transformation area.

• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for workgroup members.

• Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making processes within workgroups.

• Ensure the development of comprehensive roadmaps and action plans for transformation initiative.

• Work with workgroups and ensure the setting of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and objectives for the transformation initiatives.

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.

• Ensure targets are reasonable, achievable, and aligned with overall organizational objectives.

• Coordinate and oversee for the smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to implementation.

• Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to reporting officer.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for transformation initiative.

• Conduct focus group discussions and engagement sessions to gather feedback and insights from employees at all levels by phrases.

• Analyze feedback and develop action plans to address concerns and improve implementation.

• Track and ensure closure of open matters and action items identified during engagement sessions.

• Organize and lead campaigns to improve organizational culture and drive adoption of new initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Communicate transformation goals, progress, and impact to various audiences effectively.

• Collaborate with internal communications teams to develop and disseminate transformation-related messages.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and recommend improvements.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational transformation.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the transformation initiatives, if any.

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised institution, MBA/MHA will be advantageous.

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience working in large organizations, particularly in secretariat and project coordination works.
