ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Wine Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients in our newly launched Friends & Family program but also maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts and leverage on Le Club FICOFI Advisors (LCFAs) Members portfolio to create synergies between the two Business Units. This role will focus on expanding the company’s presence in APAC as a priority but could be extended globally depending on future opportunities while contributing to the overall commercial strategy. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Business Development & Sales:

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

· Supervise all aspects of Front Office operations and assist with all Reception tasks including check-ins and check-outs when required.

· To welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.

· To develop and maintain relationship with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift if applicable, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers.
