Our Business Support Management (BSM) team of JP Morgan is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities and provides general support of day to day business functions. As a Business Change Manager within Business Support Management, you will be responsible for administrative and control-focused support to our CIB business. You will collaborate with people across all levels and multiple lines of business to execute deliverables e.g., Business Managers, CIB BSM global counterparts, and Internal Business Partners such as Business Control, Compliance, Human Resources, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on/off boarding process e.g., verification checks, provision of technology and management of technology accesses including hardware, applications, market data for joiners and leavers

Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks

4. Sales Building Management:

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales target by deploying the store marketing strategies leveraging on correct and updated data.

5. Workplace Safety & Security:

• Ensure all security procedures (cash deposits, staggered method of opening, closing, etc.) are executed accordingly.
• Maintain all physical aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping, building, equipment, etc and ensure it is following the documented inspection and testing standards.
• Ensure all workplace safety policies procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
• Undertake regular practices of emergency & evacuation procedures and enforce compliance when need arises.
• Undertake risk assessments on all restaurant specific issues, where the absence of such could put employees and guests at risk.
