The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and the HRBP Team to drive organizational effectiveness through tailored HR strategies and processes. • Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.
• To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.
