The Business Tools team is dedicated to providing high-quality operational tools and services for enterprises on TikTok. Our mission is to inspire clients to create more high-quality commercial content, enabling businesses to grow their revenue by aligning advertising and operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Define Chatbot Product Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive chatbot product strategy to meet the objectives of international business products and user needs.
- Regularly review and update the strategy based on market trends, user feedback, and technological advancements to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
2. Drive Product Vision and Execution:
- Utilize data-driven insights and user research to clearly communicate product vision, execution plans, and development status to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Secure alignment and collaboration from stakeholders across the organization.
3. Lead Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Unite engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and support teams to achieve shared goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation in a cross-functional environment.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong partnerships by understanding the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
- Strong understanding of buyer-seller communication tools on business platforms or ERP systems, particularly in chat-based communication.
- Experience in AI and machine learning technologies
- Experience in AI chatbot applications
- Strong grasp of overseas and global commercial markets, with insights into market-specific needs and trends.
