We are seeking a dynamic and organised Program Planning Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering high-impact events and programmes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
He/she will work with the Planning team comprising programme and project managers, corporate communications, external partners and vendors to successfully execute events, and deliver programme initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and scheduling.
• Support communications efforts, including drafting content and managing social media channels.
• Liaise with external parties and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to PMO-related tasks, including progress tracking and reporting.
• Track, maintain & monitor budget utilisation & expenses.
• Prepare & publish periodic reports e.g. manpower, expenses.
• Support procurement needs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to other team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, IT or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in programme / event planning, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
