The SME Centre is an initiative by Enterprise Singapore started in 2005 as Enterprise Development Centres(EDCs) and renamed in 2013 to SME Centre with the objective of establishing a channel for SMEs to obtain advice/consultation on business and operational issues. The SME Centre have access to various resources to help the SMEs start, sustain and grow their businesses. They are the nerve centre for business advisory, access to capability upgrading tools and knowledge for their business growth.

SME Centre@SICCI is one of the 5 Centres in Singapore established to serve the SME community. The SME Centre@SICCI role have moved from awareness building of government assistance grants and schemes to helping SMEs develop their capabilities for growth. • Support in the teams’ resource management such as managing resource schedules and training records for team members
• Assistance in logistical arrangements and coordination for meetings, events and/or webinars including booking of transport, and event venues as required

1. Travel arrangements

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for Partners, executives and team members in alignment with the company’s policies
• Research on travel and visa requirements, etc.
• Prepare travel itineraries for trips, including multi-leg, track and record all travel costs, as needed or requested

1. General administrative support

• Managing Partners’ calendars and rendering support to Partners and teams
• Assistance in logistical and administration matters for new joiners in team (i.e. timesheet submissions, ordering of business cards, etc.)
• Coordinate supplies/ gifts/ flowers for occasions, where appropriate
• Other relevant duties as assigned

The TikTok- LIVE - SEA team is a strategic operations and education team specializing in the internationalization of live streaming in the Asia-Pacific regions. Our responsibilities include strategic analysis and optimization of supply-side dynamics (TikTok creator network), operational education, and empowerment initiatives. Responsibilities

• Establish analytical framework for the TikTok Live streaming team: root cause analysis, core metrics monitoring, and automated dashboards to surface key data insights to stakeholders and inform operational strategies.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science is preferred; or major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics, analysis, modelling related working areas after graduation.
• Previous domain experience in a supply-demand relationship internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or team.
• Data analysis ability, familiar with Hive SQL, Python, R. Familiarity of machine learning Knowledge will be a plus.

Programme Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare Overall Schedule based on programme information.
• Plan and schedule timetables with scheduling system (Syllabus Plus) and release timetables within the given timeframe.
• Work with Heads of Schools to schedule assignments to academics (Full Time / Associates) and to ensure full-time academics are prioritized and optimally assigned to teaching assignments.
• Liaise with vendors for outsourced tasks, such as lecturer placement, issuance of contract, payroll processing, assessment marking fee, etc and support in providing necessary data and information where required.
• Managing and updating the pool of Associated Lecturers.
• Daily checking of assigned classes to ensure class starts as per scheduled.

Resource Planning & Data Management

Requirements
