ROLE OVERVIEW:

Balyasny Asset Management is seeking an experienced Senior Associate/ Director, Compliance for the Asia region. As the Senior Associate/ Director, Compliance, the employee will report to the firm’s Head of Asia Compliance and would be responsible for development, implementation, management, and oversight of the firm’s Compliance program in relation to its’ business in the Asia region. • Experience with payroll and HR
• Knowledgeable in payroll mechanism in terms of compliance and legislation.
• Proven work deliverables (workflow & process enhancement) and actual impact from payroll to business leaders.
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
• High adaptability in managing different payroll scenarios.
• Advanced excel skills and working knowledge
