The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have a degree in a relevant field, and/or around three to six years’ experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. It would be excellent if you have a strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation, to name a few. Your expertise in surveying a client’s basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals will also be put to the test. (A) Essential Job Functions:

The Project C&S Coordinator is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Design, coordinate, plan and manage the civil and structural projects assigned.
• Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of Structural and civil engineering works.
• Conduct structure analysis.
• Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.
• Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.
• Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
• Prepare technical submissions for approval.
• Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.
• To ensure proper handover of project to client.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum Diploma holder. Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields in the construction supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experience in MRT/LTA projects is a definite advantage.
• Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors.

2. Liaise with client, architect, consultant, and main contractor for any site issues to ensure timely project execution. To represent the Company at site meetings and other meetings as required.

3. Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters. Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.

4. To ensure details in subcontracts, purchase orders are accurate and meet with the project specifications in covering the full scope of work intended and required by the main contract.

5. Propose alternative design to substitute tender design that is practical, liable, cost-saving and conforms to relevant building code of practice.

6. Source for more competitive costs in equipment and subcontractor costs to minimize project cost and capital utilization.

7. Responsible for preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings before commencement of installation works and as-built drawings upon completion. The drawings shall provide for the openings through building structures for the passage of M & E services and shall ensure conformance to regulation and clients’ requirements.

8. Submission of monthly progress claim to clients and monitoring of variation works, avoid wide differential in claim and payment amounts. To finalize project accounts and variation claims early for client’s verification and payment.

9. To monitor the progress of work on site and recommend, if appropriate, the interim payment certification to supplier/subcontractors proposed by the designated Project Engineer.

10. To access, recommend and recruit suitable subcontractors and work force to provide quality engineering services to our clients.

11. To be readily involved in tender estimation, variation quotation and costing preparation and assist the project manager in the preparation of budgetary statement.

12. Responsible for all correspondences with the clients, authorities, main-contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, etc.

13. To be actively involved with quality management system of the company.

14. Perform any other duties as assigned by higher management or superior.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Capability in carbon, sustainability, green mark certification, resources conservation, renewables, etc. will be an added advantage.

The Head of Business Development & Marketing will be an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated individual responsible for driving the business development, marketing, and revenue maximization strategy across all areas of the group. Ability to identify and monetize the various opportunities across SBA’s group properties, including our Badminton Halls (eg. KFF Badminton Arena at Guillemard), our events (eg. Singapore Badminton Open, other events), our digital properties (website, mobile app, social channels), membership base, sponsors and patrons etc is the key focus for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to develop long-term strategic goals, foster collaborative relationships both within and outside of the group, and drive significant revenue success for the SBA group.
