• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with consultants and clients.

· Monitor and report on project progress. Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method.

· Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.

· Monitor procurement of project-related services and materials.

· Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with Sub-Contractor / Clients.

· Attend site meetings & liaise with clients on all project issues.

· Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects.

· Any other duties as assigned by Director.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

· Work experience preferably in the Construction or Interior design industry.

· Understanding of architectural trades.

· Proficient in AutoCAD will be added advantage.

· Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels.

· Good personality with good integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

· Hardworking and willing to learn.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the entire project lifecycle.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates, managing customer expectations and handling issues effectively.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, tailored to the customer’s requirements.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure that all project requirements are clearly understood and met.

Cross-functional Team Coordination:

• Lead and coordinate internal teams (e.g., development, design, testing, support) to ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
• Manage dependencies across teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Customer Training and Support:

• Ensure customers are adequately trained on the solution, including product functionality and best practices.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure any necessary adjustments are made.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Post-Project Handover:

• Manage the transition from project completion to ongoing support and maintenance.
• Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome and follow up to address any issues after go-live.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing customer projects with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to software, cloud platforms, integrations, and IT systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction and project success
• Experience working in a specific industry (e.g., enterprise software, cloud solutions, data analytics) is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required to client sites, depending on project needs.

Address unexpected delays or issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Team Leadership:Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and other parties involved.
Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates.

· Quality Control:Oversee the quality of work throughout the construction process.
Conduct inspections to ensure the project meets design specifications and standards.
Ensure the use of appropriate construction techniques and materials.

· Documentation and Reporting:Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and upper management.
Prepare project closure documentation, including final reports and as-built drawings.
