1. Business Executive to Leaders and Managers

- Serve as a liaison between business units and HR to understand business priorities and assess needs in staffing, organization design, performance management, employee relations, talent management and career development.

- A key role in facilitating decision-making processes to support mainly the head of business developments, and/or team leaders, directors, management executives in driving company growth and sustainability.
