1. Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a few teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
• Liaise with the client, internal staff, and subcon on daily activities.

Senior Project Manager:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release. Their duties include setting deadlines, providing feedback and communicating with clients about the status of their project.

Duties and responsibilities:

• He/She must develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.
• Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
• Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Requirements:

• At least five to ten years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking, usually in a project manager role
• Experience working with business stakeholders in related industries
• Experience with and understanding of full project or product lifecycle
• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and related technology
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills

• Work closely with commercial team to ensure swift closure of projects

• To ensure the project tasks are monitor, track and complete on time and negotiate with the customer if there are any delay or/and gaps

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Experience in managing (small-mid size) IT solution projects
