Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Sales & Tender department
• Day to day management of the Sales, to deliver the budget sales target
• Develop new accounts through daily prospecting
• Identifying new sales leads and projects
• Developing quotes and proposals/tender projects
• Sales & Operations, control selling prices to meet the budget gross margin
• Compilation of reports and forecast as required. Including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
• Develop and implement and annual marketing plan that is aligned with the Group Strategic Goals specifically in terms of growth and market share.
• To identify and manage customers by developing close customer relations
• Awareness of competitors’ activities and identify threat and opportunities for the company
• Maintain relationship with existing clients and adhere to sales target
• Monthly planning and reporting to the Managing Director
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirement

• Must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Master in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in various software such as MS Office, MS Projects
• At least 2 years of working experiences in related field is required
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Experience in Construction will be an advantage
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
• Possesses own transport

• Lead the development and execution of new business strategies and initiatives
• Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new countries
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities
• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at potential new partners and customers
• Negotiate and close deals for new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities • Create, organise and maintain functional and technical documentation for platform, including architectural, functional flows, data flows, data/entity, micro services, etc. • Collaborate with solution architects, development leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive documentation discussion. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of documentation. • Create and maintain templates and documentation standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams. • Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation based on changes. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation. • Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation

What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, with a focus on creating both technical and functional documentation. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences. • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel or similar platforms. • Knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, engaging and developing new prospective customers and representing BlackPanda across your market.
• Identifying and qualifying all potential business opportunities within your market.
• Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, event recruitment and high-level prospecting.
• Articulating the BlackPanda value proposition clearly to all prospective customers.
• Building trust and developing relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism and relevance to business security issues and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of sales campaigns.
• Progressing marketing-qualified opportunities to sales-qualified opportunities to accelerate revenue generation.
• Consistently achieving quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
• Booking direct one-to-one sales meetings at customers’ sites and at trade-shows/exhibitions.
• Writing succinct and compelling emails to highlight the capabilities of our offering.
