Project Manager

PM will be responsible for overseeing and delivering key project initiatives. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the assigned scope.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and dependencies.

· Identify risks and create mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

· Create a stakeholder map.

· Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.

· Facilitate regular updates through status reports, regular cadences, newsletters, or meetings.

· Ensure alignment on expectations and manage any conflicts or escalations effectively.

Execution and Delivery

· Oversee the successful execution of tasks related to [e.g., branding, compliance, product development, or launch activities].

· Monitor project progress, manage resources, and address bottlenecks promptly.

· Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards.

Business and Process Analysis

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.

· Ensure seamless handover of completed deliverables to the operational teams.

Documentation and Reporting

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation (JIRA, confluence, gantt charts, etc), including task trackers, decisions, and lessons learned.

· Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the Project Manager.
2. Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with the Project Manager’s directives.
3. Lead and supervise the site team and subcontractors under your charge.
4. Assist in project planning and coordinate manpower and material deployment.
5. Foster strong relationships with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
6. Manage all aspects of site operations, including planning, cost control, shop drawing submissions, and approvals.
7. Implement any changes in the project plan as instructed by the main contractor and consultants.
8. Handle complex Excel spreadsheet content for:
   a) Reporting engineering resource needs for ongoing and forecasted work.
   b) Preparing progressive claims and reports for the main contractor and consultants.
   c) Responding to subcontractor queries and justifying their work progress.
9. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
10. Uphold Safety and Health Standards at the construction site.
11. Promptly report any site accidents to the Project Manager.
12. Maintain a safe construction site free of hazards or dangerous materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large-scale electrical systems.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, particularly in handling authorities' requirements.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering documents such as schematics, circuit diagrams, and piping layouts.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment, voltage tester, etc.
• Independent worker with excellent teamwork skills.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and system issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with Autodesk software (especially BIM).

1. Website Administration

• Upload images, products, and content to websites via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Update blogs and SEO elements (e.g., meta titles, descriptions, alt tags) based on guidelines.
• Ensure uploaded content adheres to design and brand standards.

2. Technical Audits

• Conduct website performance audits using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
• Report on technical issues and suggest improvements to enhance load times and user experience.
• Check for broken links, missing assets, and responsiveness across devices.

3. SEO and Copywriting Support

• Assist in drafting and uploading SEO-friendly copy for websites and blogs.
• Research keywords and integrate them into on-page elements like headings and body text.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to implement optimization strategies.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or SEMrush.
• Understanding of basic web performance metrics (e.g., load time, responsiveness).

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required, but knowledge of web development, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or students studying IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields are welcome to apply.
