What the role is

The Planning & Programmes Division (PPD) is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing strategies, policies, and programmes related to Training Providers (TP). The division aims to support a responsive, competitive, and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem, fostering a highly skilled and adaptable workforce.

What you will be working on

The Manager/Senior Manager will report to an Assistant Director/Principal Manager and will be responsible for driving the adoption of policies and programmes, ensuring they meet stakeholders' diverse needs. This role offers opportunities to enhance strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Policy and Programme Tracking and Reporting
• Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including data gathering and analysis for reporting, overseeing budgets, and developing system enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Solution Development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs and devise possible solutions.
  • Handle data requests and provide contextualised statistics, offering solutions and insights to support data-driven policy and programme review and decision-making.
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation
  • Clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy, perform data and error analysis.
  • Apply data mining techniques and perform statistical analysis.
  • Conduct analysis of CET data and CET-related survey results and studies to generate insights for policy and programme review and design.
