Roles & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the manpower product portfolio, driving strategic product management decisions.
• Ensure precision in costing and pricing strategies during tender processes and quotations to facilitate effective management choices.
• Foster strong collaboration with various departments such as operations, finance, and sales to guarantee consistent and accurate costing.
• Develop innovative pricing strategies, conducting comprehensive scenario and sensitivity analyses to optimize product pricing.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to assess product competitiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to guide product portfolio enhancements.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by willingly taking on additional responsibilities as needed within the organization.

Skills & Requirements

1) Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.

3 to 5 years of working experience in the consultancy firm and design of ACMV, Fire, and Hydraulic services. Working experience gathered as a contractor in project execution will be considered.

Experience on Energy Storage System (ESS) will be an advantage.

Capability in carbon, sustainability, green mark certification, resources conservation, renewables, etc. will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
2) Business Development

Begin to build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors from other organizations.

3) Project Role

Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.

4) Engineering Function

Understand design philosophy/design fundamentals and communicate engineering solutions to project stakeholders.

Responsible for the development and production of drawings/calculations/specifications/reports.

Carry out investigative and technical review works.

Perform engineering calculations with the aid of engineering software such as IESVE, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Full Hydraulic Calculation (FHC).

Be familiar with Architect, Structural/Service Engineers drawings/specifications etc.

5) Behavioral

Job Description

· Preparation of Tender document, contracts, Bill of Quantities including taking off, Cost comparison, compiled documents for Tenders

· Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.

· Attending of tender briefing

· Sourcing and procurement, cost analysis and cost control

· Monthly billing and reporting submission

· Any other admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

· Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering

· Preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities

· Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

· Meticulous and good interpersonal skill;

· Able to work independently under minimum supervision
