Overview

Require:

1. Those who have relevant work experience in Singapore and are familiar with China's intermediary labor market and have relevant customer resources are preferred.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management is preferred;

7. Willing to do telemarketing management of recruitment business, the better the performance, develop the intermediary recruitment market and intermediary customer cooperation market in Southeast Asian countries. Familiar with the development and expansion of China's intermediary labor market, and fully launch the cooperative recruitment of labor market customers in China.

8. Assist the boss in arranging the recruitment of foreign employees, managing the company and developing overseas markets, assisting the company in applying for and managing foreign employees, arranging employee medical examinations and other management work.

9. Responsible for the establishment of the company's business sales team, responsible for completing the company's monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance. Responsible for the development and expansion of foreign intermediary business markets such as China, Vietnam, New Zealand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and do a good job in these markets.

10. Formulate monthly and annual sales performance and plans, be responsible for achieving the target performance, be responsible for the company's monthly task performance, and include it in the performance examination system.

11. Responsible for the development and expansion of Singapore's various industries and employer recruitment cooperation customers. Achieve the performance requirements of the company's recruitment cooperation customer mission.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in the design development as well as the fabrication & procurement requirements pertaining to the projects.
• Prepare documents for submission to venus / authorities.
• Onsite taking measurement /sizes/ site recce, ensure the measurement correctly and propose what type of the material supposed to use.
• During installation phase, assume as the site safety/installation supervisor and participated in the full-time site supervision of the workers to mentor, check and ensure that the works are completed to specifications and quality standards
• Hands on with production, hand in hand helping with in-house supervisor as well
• Able to work late especially during the pick period /seasoning /promotions period
• Ability to work independently and interact well with people of all levels
• Able to work in a fast paced enviroment with tight deadline

Requirements

• Has at least 3 years of working experience in the large format and events industry.
• Advantage to have Class 3 driving license with good driving records.
• Advantage to have BizSafe
• Having experience and knowledge of materials required.
• Have understanding of large format products and the process required for fabrication. Products such as Point-of-sales stands, wall murals, pillar wraps, exhibition booths, signage, etc.
• Strong communication skills.

Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

Take leadership and effectively manage projects by ensuring schedules, manpower, stocks and resources are available whenever required.

Review technical drawings and designs with sales team, to ensure feasibility and advise on corrections where required" prior to project commencement.

Carry out AutoCAD and/or related drawing/drafting activities, as and when required by client andconsultants, main contractors.

Attend training programs conducted by industry partners and manufacturers, to constantly upgrade your knowledge and skills, and carry out necessary setup and programming of equipment when needed.

Coordinate and supervise a small group of engineers and sub-contractors on-site to ensure quality and safety of all works carried out for each project.

Attend site meetings as and when required by clients and consultants.

After-sales maintenance, troubleshooting over telephone as well as on-site, and hands-on technical assistance when required.

Assist sales team in sales related events, example: Seminar setup, dismantling and coordination, etc.

Assist in tender interviews when required, by presenting technical expertise and experience to clients.

• Enhancing company's portfolio's value by doing compilation of market studies, competitive analysis and strategy, and trend analysis reporting.
