As a Global Supply Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for takes charge of global supply planning for specific platforms and commodity areas. Focused on business goals and objectives, we take the lead in supplier selection, product delivery specifications and quality. We succeed through our ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with global internal and external supply chain partners.

You will:

• COS Management; Responsible for commodity continuity of supply
• Acts as a single point of contact for all commodity related demand and supply issues/ requirements. Interfaces with Demand Planning organization to gather commodity demand requirements and trends. In case of demand pushouts or pull-in, lead discussions with Demand Planning and other internal stakeholders to determine the best course of action on supplier commits
• Coordinates with Global Commodity Managers to drive the commodity COS strategy
• Works with the supplier to negotiate the lead time and other supply requirements, and communicates the supply plan to internal stakeholders

We are seeking a talented and creative Business Development intern to join our team for a 22 weeks internship program. The ideal candidate should have a passion for niche fragrances. As an intern, you will create visually appealing digital marketing content for Scent Journer fragrance products, enhancing the consumer experience. You will also increase average order value through visual communication and generate lean marketing ideas. Additionally, you will collaborate with other brands, engage in sales activities, and source new sales channels like retail locations and B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Content:

Develop engaging and visually appealing digital marketing content, including images, videos, and written materials, to effectively communicate the unique qualities and benefits of our Scent Journer fragrance products.

• Online Consumer Experience:

Collaborate with Creative director to optimize the consumer experience on our website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns. Ensure the visual elements align with our brand identity and enhance consumer understanding.

• Visual Storytelling:

Create compelling narratives that capture the essence of our fragrance products and resonate with our target audience.

• Consumer Insights:

Conduct research on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis to gain insights into visual communication strategies that drive consumer engagement and improve ROI on ad spend.

• Creative Thinking and Collaboration:

Generate innovative ideas for lean marketing initiatives to generate sales and increase brand awareness. Identify opportunities for collaboration with other brands to generate sales, develop and nurture partnerships that mutually benefit both brands.

• Sales and Customer Interaction:

Comfortable with hands-on sales activities to have direct contact with customers, understand and gather feedback to improve our marketing efforts.

• Business Development:

Source and optimize sales channels, including new retail locations, omni channels, and B2B sales (wedding favors, workshops, corporate door gifts), to expand the reach of our fragrance products and increase sales opportunities.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in digital content creation tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Demonstrated interest in luxury fragrances and knowledge of the fragrance industry.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media platforms, website optimization, and online advertising.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for lean marketing initiatives, including collaborations with other brands.
• Sales experience or willingness to engage in sales activities to gain direct customer insights.
• Analytical mindset and ability to utilize data to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to manage the installation and de-installation of events, exhibitions and permanent displays
• Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning & hand-over
• Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers
• Adhere to project budget & cost control measures and handle basic cost calculation
• Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
• Attend site meetings to take note of requirements
• Administer routine management reporting & updates
• Take ownership and be proactive on assigned tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in Events and Exhibition industry
• Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M and E preferred
• Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
• Time sensitive

We are looking for a Project Executive to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the projects that are being assigned to him/ her. Reporting to the Project Manager in the Project Team, he/ she will

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.
• Assure all the deadlines are being met.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the business needs.
