Responsibilities:

Controlling & Reporting for the Fixed Assets & Capex

• Main contact for all the Fixed Assets & Capex related topics
• Responsible for monthly closing & reporting
• Perform Actual vs Budget/Reforecast Depreciation analysis on monthly basic
• Liaise with various users on the Quarterly Capitalization exercise and compare the Actual Capitalization amount with Budget/Reforecast

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 4 -5 years of relevant working experiences in Accounting or FP&A

The incumbent will lead a team to execute Singapore LNG capital projects, from the establishment of contract strategy, through tendering for and management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts to handover of the completed projects to the SLNG Operations team. This position requires a candidate who has the necessary project management experience to manage the delivery of major EPC projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries. The incumbent will lead a multi-discipline project management team having overall responsibility as the Owner’s representative during the engineering, procurement and construction of all projects.

• Single point accountability for delivery of the assigned projects.
• As Owner’s representative, managing all contractors to ensure projects are executed in line with the SLNG and contract HSSE, quality, technical integrity, operability, cost and schedule objectives, including initiating and enforcing any corrective measures to improve performance.
• Maintaining and delivering the highest standards of safety and environmental performance both in design and construction in alignment with SLNG policy and expectations.
• Ensuring that projects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.
• Approving, monitoring and controlling contractor execution of quality assurance and control plans and procedures.
• Establishing, maintaining and ensuring use of appropriate project controls and metrics for recording and reporting project progress and cost performance.
• Providing accurate and comprehensive project progress reports in written form to SLNG management and presenting project status to senior management and board members.
• Managing all interfaces between the EPC contractor and other relevant stakeholders, particularly the Operations team and third parties, including other contractors, utility providers, government authorities, neighbours, consultants etc.
• Proactive identification, mitigation and management of all project technical, cost and schedule and reputational risks.
• Developing appropriate resourcing plans for Owner’s management of all projects and recruiting/acquiring or demobilizing as necessary all required resources.
• Managing and coordinating all activities of the Owner’s project management team.
• Providing leadership, coaching and development of all reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years project and construction experience, and five years’ experience as project manager for the execution of substantial ($>250 million) projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong commitment to the achievement of excellence in HSSE performance
• Experience of LNG or other cryogenic processes would be beneficial.
• Leadership skills and track record of managing complex tasks in a team context

Job Description

· Monitor vessel operations for compliance with the Company’s HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring that it is effectively implemented on board by means of responding to all HSQE reports within company’s SMS.

· Ensure that practical procedures to meet the HSQE Objectives and Policies are developed, implemented, and revised.

· Ensure fleet vessels compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and MLC regulations.

· Ensure cargo and ballast procedures are properly implemented on board and verify cargo and/or ballast plans for compliance with all safety aspects.

· Ensure fleet vessels Navigation practices/procedures meets industry standards and maintained through improved navigation practices, equipment, training and procedures.

· Monitoring SIRE Vetting Inspections status of fleet vessels, arrange and coordinate inspections. Response to observation/s until final close-out.

· Responses to deficiencies observed during Port State Control (PSC) and Flag State Control (FSC) inspections.

· Coordinate preparation, approval and maintenance of procedure manuals/plans as required by related international conventions.

· Coordinate registration and take-over or hand-over of vessels.

· Coordinate and arrange issuance and amendments to all vessel’s trading & statutory certificates in close liaison with Technical Superintendent.

· Assist HOD in any Marine, Operation and Safety matters.

· Participate in company emergency response.

· Take lead in incidents and accidents investigation.

· Carry-out internal audit and safety inspection on board fleet vessels.

· Sail on board the vessel as required.

Requirements

Qualification: Master Mariner with seagoing experience as senior officer on Tanker. Previous shore experience of two years at least similar position. Good Knowledgeable of regulatory, class requirements and international standards. Must be conversant with ISM/MLC/SIRE/CDI and TMSA requirements. Certification for ISM, ISPS & MLC Internal Auditor. Ability to effectively work and communicate within multicultural office and shipboard environments.

Project Manager ‘Green Desk Business Development” in Singapore

PIC to develop a “green product desk/portfolio” for the Asian team:

· Everything related to Virtual Carbon Credit trading( VCC ) : role-out, training, promoting VCC in supporting role to Traders, marketing material, research etc

· Circular economy: support existing Desk in the role out and enhancement of business for products such as slag /secondary Non Ferrous/ additionally other Non Ferrous related scrap etc.

· Biomass: support and take over all project Management on Biomass such as Wood Pellet discussion/ wood chips / off-cut wood trade etc
