Learning Design and Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative and effective learning programs.
- Integrate adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology for engaging training content.
- Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of learning programs.
Facilitation and Learning Experience Management:
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and training programs for internal staff and external clients.
- Utilize effective facilitation techniques to engage participants and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Evaluate, follow up, and improve on developed learning modules and content.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, for a coordinated approach to sales and customer success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) would be preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with various government funding schemes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems.
