To be part of the Prefessional Services Team as Business Analyst in implementing our e-Financial Services solutions. To participate in requirement gathering and analyst, and preparing documentation using UML to accurately capture the user requirements and analyse results.

Be expected to work with the development team in managing or expectation and in ensuring the solutions meet the user requirement, including preparaing test cases and analysing the rest results, and assisting the team in the SIT and UAT. As a secondly role, will be expected to assist the pre-sales activities to support the Financial Solution Practice Team.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of demonstrated work experience in the IT industry

· Candidates with specific business experience and/or related experience in banking domain in the area of Credit Process, Collateral Management, Risk Management, Capital Markets and /or Basel II will be advantageous

· Experience in end-user support, including the prioritization and rationalization of new support issues, business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Must have superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills.

· Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business' needs.

· Competence in data modeling, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus.

· Must be able to work under a fast pace environment with tight deadlines.

· Has experience with large-scale projects, ongoing production support, software banking/financial applications.

As an intern, you will create visually appealing digital marketing content for Scent Journer fragrance products, enhancing the consumer experience. You will also increase average order value through visual communication and generate lean marketing ideas. Additionally, you will collaborate with other brands, engage in sales activities, and source new sales channels like retail locations and B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Content:

Develop engaging and visually appealing digital marketing content, including images, videos, and written materials, to effectively communicate the unique qualities and benefits of our Scent Journer fragrance products.

• Online Consumer Experience:

Collaborate with Creative director to optimize the consumer experience on our website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns. Ensure the visual elements align with our brand identity and enhance consumer understanding.

• Visual Storytelling:

Create compelling narratives that capture the essence of our fragrance products and resonate with our target audience.

• Consumer Insights:

Conduct research on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis to gain insights into visual communication strategies that drive consumer engagement and improve ROI on ad spend.

• Creative Thinking and Collaboration:

Generate innovative ideas for lean marketing initiatives to generate sales and increase brand awareness. Identify opportunities for collaboration with other brands to generate sales, develop and nurture partnerships that mutually benefit both brands.

• Sales and Customer Interaction:

Comfortable with hands-on sales activities to have direct contact with customers, understand and gather feedback to improve our marketing efforts.

• Business Development:

Source and optimize sales channels, including new retail locations, omni channels, and B2B sales (wedding favors, workshops, corporate door gifts), to expand the reach of our fragrance products and increase sales opportunities.

We are looking for a Project Executive to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the projects that are being assigned to him/ her. Reporting to the Project Manager in the Project Team, he/ she will

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the business needs.
