A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

• Bridge gap between local technology or business team with GIS. able to articulate security risks to local teams and contribute back any feedback to GIS;
• Drive the learning culture within the information security team to accelerate skills and knowledge of the information security community.

Desired Skill Set:

• Possess at least one of the following certification CISSP. CCSP. CRISC. or CISM;
• Understand Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the investigation and management of security incidents for designated BUs and communicate to relevant stakeholders;
• Ensure clear documentation of the business justifications, risks, the existing mitigation controls (if any) and relevant approvals are in place;
• Support security assessment for technology solutions for designated BUs;
• Offer expertise to BUs with the help of Group Information Security (GIS) Subject Matter Expert (SME);
• Collaborate with enterprise risk management to conduct risk assessments and support the development of risk treatment plans for the BUs;
• Facilitate the local implementation of group information security initiative for the designated BUs;
• Assist with the security awareness programs for designated BUs to enforce security culture and understand the information security solutions in BUs;
• Help to develop the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) framework / handbook outlining BISOs roles and responsibilities. This standardizes practice across the organization;
• Establish and maintain BISO community to share insights or discussion of findings from audits, incidents, or latest security trend with each BUs to facilitate cross-learning and capture lessons teamed;
• Gather input or recommendations with regards to Group Information Security (GIS) functions and programs from BISOs across various countries/markets. Compile the feedback and contribute to GIS for continuous improvement of the Security Operation Model;
• Collaborate with security teams to develop and implement tailored security awareness programs for business units and devise a structured professional development pathway for BISOs.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations
• Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures)
• Prepare cost estimate and finalized cost and coordinate project meeting with clients
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to Clients for award of contracts
• Provide support on technical issues to Client
• Perform project management work inbuilding repairs and replacement, additional and alteration works, and new built.
• Coordinate closely with Contractors/ Sub-Contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result
• Work with consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project plans are implemented according to stipulated timeline
• Perform site inspections, attend site meetings, provide regular progress reports with photo and submit progressive project claims
• Prepare and submit reports to various representatives, government agencies, to handle site audits
• Facilitate in conducting of consensus gathering especially for upgrading and CIPC projects
• Handle feedbacks from the ground / residents pertaining to project
• Ensure safety measures are implemented on site
• Attendance at upgrading meetings, committee meetings, etc.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

You are:

• Proven experience in project management, including building repairs, replacements, alterations, and new construction projects.
• Ability to prepare development briefs, manage project quality, cost, and timelines.
• Expertise in advising on procurement strategies, preparing project budgets, tender documents, and handling pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates, finalizing costs, and coordinating project meetings with clients.
• Skills in preparing and evaluating tenders, and recommending contract awards to clients.
• Capability to provide technical support and advice to clients.
• Proficiency in coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, authorities, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines and plans.
• Experience in performing site inspections, attending site meetings, providing progress reports with photos, and managing progressive project claims.
• Ability to prepare and submit reports to representatives and government agencies, and handle site audits.
• Experience in facilitating consensus gathering for upgrading and CIPC projects.
