Responsibilities

· Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders

15. Design and implement sales strategies and action plans, considering market dynamics and organizational capabilities.

16. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, proposing refinements to improve effectiveness and achieve targets.

17. Identify and evaluate potential digital business opportunities by building and leveraging online professional networks, digital platforms, and social media tools to connect with key stakeholders and industry influencers

18. Develop strategic digital business plans for new online ventures and emerging technologies to drive organizational growth and expansion

The aforementioned salary range will commensurate with the experience of the candidate and other factors which may result in falling below or exceeding the salary range.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware security principles, including secure boot, hardware root of trust, and side-channel attacks.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Verilog/VHDL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hardware security certifications and standards (e.g., Common Criteria, FIPS 140-2).

1. Ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order.
2. Take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
3. Respond to production emergencies in a timely manner which includes
bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds.
4. Perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected.
5. Alert and troubleshoot together with other system engineers, database administrator (DBA) and outsourced vendors.
6. Follow through every issue / problem to closure, and complete the necessary documentation as required.
7. Assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
8. Interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.
9. Besides application support, you are expected to make some code changes/enhancements that arise from service requests.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Candidate shall have at least two (2) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with implementation in Singapore is preferred
• Good command of English and effective communications skills to interact and coordinate with end-users. This includes gathering user requirements, communicating proposed vendor solution, supporting user acceptance testing, supporting end-user training, and resolving issues with helpdesk agents and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Work effectively as a team member among the system support and application development teams.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have competency in Project Management tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira.
• Standby support may be expected on weekends / public holidays.
• In the event of scheduled downtime or during a crash, you may be required to be on-site during off-office-hours to support the systems.
