Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The General Manager, Business Development shall play a key role in the preparation of and compilation of all pre-qualification and tender preparation documentations (Tender/PQ requirements, Contract Award, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, Form of Tender, general support, etc.) for Asia Region.
2. Responsible for doing market research for new business opportunities such as gathering early information on potential projects from business networks and monitoring of competitors activities

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. • Assist commissioning team during the commissioning stage
• Liaise with the procurement team for purchasing of equipment / material according to the approved vendor lists and prepare Request For proposal (RFP) for obtaining quotes from bidders, Tendering & BQ evaluation

2) Project Governance

• Support, deputise the Project Manager, and be accountable for the success of the project
• Support the Project Manager to evaluate the risk level; to seek mandate from the executive board prior to signing off; to provide leadership for the VPM roles and internal customer to manage project stakeholders; to coordinate all applicable project work streams

3) Compliance

• Take lead in overall compliance to Project Management (PM) requirements.
• Conduct What-If risk assessment on changes under MOC

About you:
