Job Summary:
Provide an overview of the primary purpose an function of this job.

• New Finance System Implementation
• Monitor and enhance the performance and functionality of the Finance System
• Assist the Finance team with rolling forecast and budget

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the new financial system
• Point-of-Contact and align the requirements from internal stakeholders (staff across different departments) and external parties (auditors, vendors)
• Manage timelines, track milestones/deliverables, and ensure the plans are in sync with the organization’s expectations
• Support discussions with all stakeholders and provide secretarial support to the discussions
• Support coordination with DTS colleagues on UAT testing and maintenance of the developed system
• Assist in the Phase 2 implementation of the AR function in AMS/EMS
• Monitor and control the usage of system licenses and liaise with DTS to assign licenses and roles
• Support and resolve back-end issues
• Collect feedback from users to enhance the system
• Create and link up Rolling Forecast & Budget templates
• Handle any ad hoc Finance duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma
• 2 to 3 years experience
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite and/or Microsoft NAV System

• Responsible for company’s project performance, deliver operational KPI and liaise with internal Project Managers.
• Prepare quarterly reports for review and present the results to various stakeholders.
• Maintain, analyse, and forecast project cost to project team and management.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes; administer all project forecasts and actual and correct variances monthly.

Requirements:

• ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project accounting experience in Construction industry.
• Hands on accounting experience for construction contracts.

Business Application Development / Support

- Maintain, support in-house developed Power BI reports; Power Apps and Automate workflows.

- Analyzing the business requirements and challenges of the stakeholders;

- Designing and developing solutions using the Power Platform, Power BI;

- Closely train, support business users hands-on with these tools, to become citizen developer;

Project Coordination / Business Analyst

- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables quality; committed to project success;

- Lead hearing and analyse of business requirements, propose new solution;

- Manage and update IT Project and Knowledge online document library;

- Organize periodic meeting and management report.

Communication

- Proactively communicate, track performance and milestone metrics to project members and IT leadership

- Communicate to various functional departments in regards to support projects, process changes, issues and deliverables.

Requirements

- IT Degree or 2-3 years of equivalent IT working experience;

- Knowledge and relative development work experience on Power Platform, Power BI;

- Proficiency in data modling, DAX, ELT tools, SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse.

- Meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills;

- Service oriented, team player;

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels and external partners/vendors as well.
