Role Summary

Our client is engaged in a program covering the implementation of recording and surveillance for selected voice and chat channels, and the set-up of required controls, and require an experienced consultant with strong business driven mindset to assist in the delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

Acts as primary interface with business lines (Business COOs, Conduct & Control Officers, Front-Office Conduct & Surveillance) as well as Compliance to:

• Collect, analyze and document business scenarios for the use of voice and chat channels.
• Understand business interactions with clients and other external counterparties, and their expectations when communicating with client.
• Identify risk and conduct scenarios and contribute to create the framework to address them, including user awareness and consequence management.
• Establish and enforce a clear RACI with all stakeholders on the execution of their processes and controls.

Drive IT teams (Voice, Chat, Archiving, Digital Working, IT Support, Access Management) to guarantee their delivery of:

• Robust technical solutions meeting business and client demands, whether internally developed or relying on vendors.
• Technical controls around proper archiving, security and surveillance of channels.

• Prioritize and plan with global teams the solutions expected by APAC within the global Voice & E-comm Record Keeping (VERK) and Surveillance frameworks.
• Obtain validation of APAC plans by global stakeholders through the established governance.

Project Management:

• Track functional aspects of projects: business cases, operational controls, conduct risks and scenarios, legal requirements, awareness & training.
• Maintain synchronization with global and regional IT teams on their deliveries of archiving and surveillance solutions as well as technical controls to mitigate IT risks.
• Report progress and address project risks and issues with senior management.
• Contribute to providing regular updates in monthly steering committees and ad-hoc presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with a focus on implementing recording and surveillance over voice and chat channels, and setting up required controls.
• Understanding of core banking businesses (Global Markets, Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management) and interactions between front-officers (Sales, Relationship Managers, etc.) and their clients and other counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Receive Private Wealth sales pipeline from multiple channels, mainly digitally from marketing activities, and conduct efficient conversion into private wealth clients.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to help private wealth marketing team to expand leads funnels, including but not limited to supporting from private wealth sales expertise to digital marketing campaigns and marketing events.
• Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients’ trading and investment needs.
• Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth clients.
• Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
• Maintain good relationship with family offices and HNW clients and establish long term client retention and partnerships.
• Form good understanding on the wealth management landscape and develop a good network within the segment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNW clients or family offices, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions.
• Have experiences dealing with private wealth clients on investment and asset allocation, ect. Being able to discuss on client investment needs and provide preliminary advisory.
• Self-driven in sales function and able to manage the whole sales cycle independently.
• Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platform and solutions.
• Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
• English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

• Participate in the development and management of the Project Work Schedule, covering building works, M&E, and Process Systems, from concept design through construction/installation to testing and commissioning.
• Estimate the duration and resource requirements for key construction activities.
• Prepare technical documentation for tender submissions.
• Contribute to site planning, work scheduling, and monitoring of site implementation progress.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in planning construction projects for building facilities.
• Good knowledge using Primavera.
