Job Description:
- Local Strategy and plans: 3 year plan and budget, Portfolio strategy, channel strategy, pricing, distribution
- Category and Commercial Strategy (multi-channel with on-trade focus)
- Build impactful sales & category management story (including Nielsen analysis)
- Train staff within distributors’ sales teams
- Marketing & Communications
- Ownership of the A&P budget: Plan investments and monitor ROI
- Build consistent yearly marketing plan along with Brand managers
- Build impactful partnerships with Spirit brands
- Manage PR and Digital agency along with BM
- Management: Management of Japanese CM & Management of distributor teams
Reporting & Analysis Relationships:
- Company APAC Managing Director (Manager)
- Company’s European team supports: Strategy, Finance, Global Marketing, Supply
- Distributors (day to day basis)
- Agencies (PR and Digital)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience
- Minimum bachelor degree level
- Experience in the Drinks industry (Soft Drinks or Spirits preferably)
- Strong Sales experience, especially in the Irish on-trade
- Brand building experience
- Market and RTM knowledge
- Interest in spirits and cocktails is a plus
