• The Project Manager will ideally bring to the table:
• Min 12 years of IT experience with min 5+ years experience in project management within corporate technology environments
• Demonstrated understanding of HR/Payroll, HRIS, HCM or WFM enterprise software / SaaS solutions
• Ability to work on and collaborate between multiple programs of work
• Experience in developing, tracking and following up of project plans and stakeholder tasks across the portfolio
• Project management documentation and coordination skills
• Business domain knowledge financial services is preferred
• Strong PM capabilities in time, cost, scope, quality reporting and governance.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams across diverse platform deployments

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· University degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus.

· 10 years’ experience in application project development and management.

· Skill with CSS, XHTML, one or more Javascript frameworks, and AJAX.

· Knowledge of web standards.

· Possess profound knowledge of Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, and MS SQL Server

· Experience with UNIX system administration and web server configuration.

· Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, database management systems, and revision control systems.

· Familiarity with banking and financial sectors. Knowledge in FX market is a plus

· Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.

· Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Group Project Manager to join our Operations – External Manufacturing team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Group Operations Enabling Functions & Supply Chain Director Asia, Middle East and North Africa, core focus of the role is to lead and manage commercial projects of medium to high complexity, as assigned. This includes mainly:

• Allocating project management responsibility for Global and ANZ projects

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills and personal attributes:

• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech

• Project Management Certification (or proven equivalent experience)
